Tickets are free for people with special-needs and family members. Six tickets per family maximum.

Bill Wells and his band will be joined on stage for a special performance with Banding Together, a band of musicians and singers who have all been diagnosed with a developmental disability such as Down Syndrome, autism and epilepsy.
