Adaptive Dance Mandatory Volunteer Orientation

Autism Tree looks forward to seeing you there!

This is a MANDATORY volunteer orientation for anyone looking to volunteer in upcoming session of dance classes (August 29-December 18, 2022)

During the orientation/training, we will review some of the following topics:

• appropriate attire, etiquette, and speech with participants
• responsibilities during the classes, and goals
• what to do in an emergency, and location of First Aid kit
• engagement with the participants (physical & verbal)
• helping to clean up after class, including patio spaces, and the bathroom
• registration/waiver form for Tap Fever

Parking lots are on the east side of the studio, and behind the studio.  We can accommodate 40 people in the studio, and will offer a virtual option as well.

NOTE: Autism Tree was founded on a pay-it-forward model - if we help you, we ask that you help the next family! :) Since 2003, all programs and events have been provided at no cost to any of our families and only made possible by our incredible volunteers and community partners. For this reason, NO SHOW/NO CALLS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Please contact our team at least 24 hours prior to the event if you need to cancel. Failure to contact our team for cancellation will result in your family being placed on a NO SHOW list and will not be permitted to register for ANY events for 3 months from the time of no show/late cancellation (our team will remove you from any future RSVP lists).
