    Session Topic: Unwrapping Assumptions

It’s pretty hard to tell what’s under a mummy with layers upon layers of linen wrapped around them… and the same goes for assumptions! It can be challenging to get to know people if we can’t look past our own assumptions about them. During this session, we will share assumptions people have made about us and then teach others about the real us!

The approximate age range of these groups is 7-13+

    Session Topic: Jar of Peace

With siblings, school, home, and activities in between, life can sometimes feel stressful. Let's take a moment to stop and relax and create our own peace jar. This activity encourages your child to tap into their artistic side while learning strategies to find peace every day. During this session, we will focus on what we are thankful for in life and think about what things, people, and places in our lives give us peace.

Session Topic: Letter to our sibling

Sibling relationships are usually our most long-lasting relationships but can be very complicated! Siblings have to spend a lot of time together, and they are bound to get on each other's nerves from time to time.
